This is probably the tenth blog I've created after deleting the previous one. I got bored so quickly that this blog might not even last long. The longest blog I've ever kept was for two years, it was called el dezaz. I can hardly recall why did I name it that. Well it's gone now. The latest one was paragonion, then changed to Hulu Kelang Lad up until the blog was finally deleted.
The reasons I kept on creating a new blog and deleting the old ones are uninteresting. They, of course, have something to do with the reasons why do I want to have a blog. After a while I realised that I wanted to have one so badly simply because I needed an outlet to bitch about how my life sucks. That's harsh, but it's true.
Therefore, anonymity is a prized possession. That is non-negotiable.
Having an obviously personal, I mean very personal, blog is quite an irony. Even though the blog is about myself and people around me, this blog is not for anyone of us to read. Why? Because we might not like what we read and World War 3 will then be under way. Or Cold War? Whatever. The point is, at least for me, my blog has to be completely detached from my world.
That's where the problem came in.
I am assuming everybody knows that blog means nothing without readers. Just like magazines or newspapers without readers. They will not make it. Unless they're funded by some parties with interests, which I am not going to talk about right now. As much as I hate to admit, I do yearn for a huge crowd of kind and understanding readers to read what I wrote. Readers who are far outside my tiny and dysfunctional social circle. With those so-called characters out of the way, I won't have to hold back and be myself in each and every post.
Unfortunately, I am a nobody with nothing to show for. Now that I understand the reality, it's not easy to have people to read your blog. To get them to read your writings is one thing. To get them to like 'em is a whole new chapter all by itself, which a lot of people will never get to.
Where am I going with this?
With all those seemingly irrelevant history of me and blogging having been said, I'd like to make a vow. A vow to keep this blog anonymous and not to sell out. I did sell out once and it's been eating me inside and I WILL definitely get to that soon.
So that's that. I told you it's a lame introduction.
